Kyle Ball

Kyle was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in November 2018 and obtained his right of appearance in the High Court in 2023. In addition to his LLB, Kyle also holds a Diploma from the Shaw Academy in Ireland.
Kyle is a litigator with a wide area of interests and experience including but not limited to public decision-making, public procurement, public finance management, municipal account disputes including, rates, taxes water and electricity disputes, access to information, tender disputes, review of administrative action, arbitrations, civil litigation, company law disputes, insolvency, construction disputes, urgent interdictory applications, restraint of trade disputes, property and lease disputes, commercial crimes and family law.
Kyle enjoys appearing and arguing matters in court. Kyle has also successfully argued matters before the Municipal Bid Appeals Tribunal (MBAT) and he has engaged with National Treasury and the Auditor General on issues pertaining to procurement disputes and the increasing issue of fruitless and wasteful expenditure and irregular and unlawful tender awards. He has also advised and assisted clients in preparing Special Condition Contracts in line with the Municipal General Condition Contracts.
